If you find any problem with the product, please take a photo to record the problem and contact us immediately. We will arrange to replace the same product once during the warranty period, and the cost will be borne by us.


Question about size

Please refer to the size chart before placing an order. Because our product warranty DOES NOT  include exchange the size unless the product size is more than +-5% different from the size chart.

Each product is checked by a professional staff of PERSON.TEES before it ships out to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s), you received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us immediately. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us the reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Our 100% warranty covers the size, if the size is +-5% different from the original size, we are more than happy to exchange the item. In addition, we may NOT be able to guarantee the following situations: Since all products are made to order, if customers have other sizing questions about the purchased products, please contact us or read crarefully the size chart we provide.

Customized products are your unique creative expressions—returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than PERSON.TEES error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjusting discount/shipping if required). The shipping fee is non-refundable.

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at [email protected]. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store(s), and vice versa.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. Suppose the payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account. In that case, a lead time might be required by the Payment gateway such as PayPal, ApplePay, StripE, or WeChat Pay …etc. ( credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until our team receives them. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Please be advised that the shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after the removal of the product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on a second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on the partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged at the original price. A shipping fee may also be applied.
